Demand for new homes increases in Stamford Bridge as new development sees interest soar

Following the announcement of a development launch in Stamford Bridge, local housebuilder David Wilson Homes has reported a surge in interest for properties at its new Saxon Gate site. Launching new showhomes at the development this weekend, the housebuilder is urging hopeful buyers to attend early in order to meet demand and see the five star quality homes on offer.

Headed up by an award winning Site Manager, the homes at the new development are expected to sell fast. Buyers attending the showhome launch can choose from a range of desirable three and four bedroom homes, ideal for those looking to take their next step up the property ladder. With buying schemes such as Help to Buy and Part Exchange Extra on offer, buyers can expect a wide variety of five star quality homes, each offering a high spec interior for modern day living.

Sarah Hanna, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East, commented: “Saxon Gate is providing much needed housing to the area. We have had a huge amount of interest in the development and this is testament to the quality of homes, the excellent location and of course how much demand there truly is for new homes in Stamford Bridge.

“The new show homes will provide an ideal opportunity to showcase the properties we have on offer to interested buyers. We’re really looking forward to welcoming new families to the area and encouraging more movement in the property ladder – helping to free up homes for first time buyers, and providing an opportunity for locals to make their next big move.”

Situated on Roman Road, the beautifully designed new homes combine a quality build with an ideal location. The village also boasts great local amenities and is less than 10 miles from York, where buyers can enjoy plenty of award-winning restaurants, fantastic shops and culture.
